Argues that leaving the U.S. would make sense for California
To ensure a thriving United States for the next 250 years, we must reimagine the foundation of our government and the expectations we hold for one another.
At the heart of this effort is our Constitution—a living document that can and must evolve to meet the challenges of our time.
Our mission is twofold:
Together, let's build a better country by fostering a spirit of collaboration, inclusivity, and shared responsibility. Join me in creating a vibrant, sustainable, and welcoming environment where every voice is heard and every effort makes a difference.
We have the world’s largest economy, yet more poverty and wealth disparity than any other developed country.
Our government consistently spends more than it collects in taxes, creating a mess of fiscal affairs.
We have great health care, but it is the most expensive and produces worse outcomes than other developed nations.
Our economy relies on immigrants, yet politicians endlessly quarrel over how to keep them out of the country.
We are committed to equal justice, yet incarcerate more people than any other country in the world.
The income and wealth of Black families remain far behind the rest of the population.
